By accessing ImpexShips (including all web, mobile, and B2B vendor applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable local, international, and import/export compliance laws. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform.
Sellers leveraging the ImpexShips platform must successfully pass corporate KYC verification. We reserve the absolute right to suspend, audit, or permanently ban any user account suspected of utilizing prohibited Incoterms or engaging in restricted global trade categories.
ImpexShips facilitates connections between global bulk product suppliers and international wholesale buyers. While we process payments via trusted third terms like Razorpay Escrow, ImpexShips does not physically handle freight. Quality control, localized custom delays, and port inspections remain the responsibility of the transporter and buyer entities.
All source code, databases, interface designs, audio, video, text, and SVG icons (collectively, "Content") on ImpexShips are owned or controlled by ImpexShips LLC. and are protected by international copyright laws.
